Pipeline Development
Our Distance Learning M.Eng. Degree Program is for those who are looking to deepen their technical skills while building business and leadership acumen. We would be happy to discuss ways to nurture talent at your organization through professional learning. Gather your team for a virtual or in person information session to learn how the degree accelerates leadership trajectories, expands professional networks, and supports students who want to grow within their company.

Special Projects
Corporate sponsorship of a student project is a great way to connect with talented upcoming graduates while gaining new perspectives on a topic of interest to you. There is no cost to your organization, and faculty work with you to frame the project. Each year dozens of firms host Engineering Management student teams for a variety of project types:

Comprehensive semester-long capstone Engineering Management Projects (Spring and Fall semesters)
Compact 5-week cost and economic analysis projects (Fall semester only)
Special appointment independent study projects

Guest Talks
Promoting your company and/or your personal brand is a rewarding way to give back to future engineering managers while also connecting with great candidates. Speakers on a wide variety of topics share their experiences and insights with our students each semester. Talk can be given either on-campus or remotely.
